Applications for the card will be accepted starting Tuesday, November 18.

2) Eligibility: Persons aged 18 or over, who (or whose spouse) have a regular income, and students in tertiary education aged 18 or over.
3) Annual fees (incl. tax):
- Standard Card
Main cardmember: Free for the first year and 2,100 yen per year thereafter.
Family cardmembers: Free for the first year and 420 yen per year thereafter.
- Gold Card
